FAQ and Intake Information
How do I schedule an appointment?
I'm pleased you're interested in booking an appointment with me.
To start therapy first email navigatelifecounselingservices@gmail.com. Please provide me with your name, email, phone number and what services you are seeking. I will review the information to make sure I'm the best possible fit to be your therapist. I will then reach out to you and set up an intake session or make you aware of other counseling services in the area if I'm not a good fit. Once intake is setup I will email you forms that must be completed prior to intake session.
Will my health insurance cover therapy?
It's your responsibility as a client to verify copays, deductibles and what your outpatient mental health coverage is.

If you plan to pay for sessions out of pocket please let me know prior to our first session.
How long will the process take?
The first therapy session (or intake) will last approximately 55 minutes. The subsequent sessions are also 55 minutes with the last five minutes to schedule future sessions or for any billing questions. Therapy sessions are normally conducted on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
